Lussa regularly shares super fun contests on our social media channels. To make the contests as fair and clear as possible, you can find our general terms and conditions for the contests below:

General terms and conditions

• Participation is excluded for all Lussa employees;
• Participation in the promotion is free of charge for the customer;
• The start and end date are always displayed in the social media post;
• Participants who abuse the competition may be excluded from participation;
• The winner of the promotion will be chosen by means of a draw in an impartial manner;
• The winners of all promotions will be notified personally via the social media channel on which the promotion took place; Lussa is authorized to exclude participants in the event of suspected fraud or unlawful participation;
• Participants who have not won a prize will not be notified;
• It is not possible to exchange your prize for another product or amount of money;
• No correspondence will be entered into regarding the results of the competitions;
• Discounts on promotions are not calculated afterwards;
• All items have a 2-month warranty period.
